We are a company dedicated to do the best job we can for our customers. Our people are truly our best asset and we continually sponsor many company-internal training seminars during the year to further develop our employees’ technical skills.
You will find us easy to work with, professional, well-trained and ready to deliver. When you ask our company for something we cannot deliver, we will be the first to tell you. We like to deal directly and honestly with everyone, including our suppliers, customers, and employees.
Infolink has a strong internal culture based on competence and mutual respect. Our employees:
- are Friendly
- are Team players
- are Willing to accept new responsibilities and tasks
- Have a strong work ethic
One of the advantages of having our Production and Support Center in Mexico is the capacity to work 5 more hours per week than in the U.S., which equals 6.5 weeks of work per year. A standard work shift in Mexico is 45 hours per week versus 40 in the U.S. This allows our company to have the ability to add greater value to our customer’s productivity, while still showing a decrease in overhead and infrastructre costs.

Management Team
At Infolink, we understand that the successful provision of IT services is strictly contingent upon the skill and knowledge-sets of engineering, support and project management personnel. The successful development of Infolink as a comprehensive business resource to you requires commitment, skill, and vision. Our management team is comprised of dedicated individuals from diverse backgrounds. All of them have been educated at prestigious American and Mexican universities, and they bring Infolink customers a depth of experience and expertise in the areas of IT, information systems, customer support, software development and international business.
